Helping main contractors reduce delivery risk and strengthen project control.

Northpoint Project Support provides independent support to small and mid-sized main contractors across planning, project controls, technical coordination, and quality. Support is available at tender stage, during live project delivery, and through close-out, where stronger programme control, clearer technical review, and better visibility of delivery risk are needed.
